The word addiction has always been perceived as a negative word, and is associated most of the times with substances such as alcohol and cigarettes. So, primarily, addiction is related to ecstasy inducing products. But hey! Addiction is everywhere. Look around you, at the surroundings, at other people who are not into alcohol and cigarettes; are they addicted? They are!
I have known many people who just wouldn’t get out of their bed without having ‘bed coffee’. Some cannot do their daily morning chores in the bathroom without a brush in their mouth and most importantly a newspaper in their hands. Girls are no exceptions to addictions, too. Girls have such a sugar tooth that they always want to feel ‘sugar high’. They eat lots of chocolates, ice creams and cakes. Want to hear the most interesting thing?? Well, addiction starts in a baby as young as a 1 day old. A baby is addicted to his mommy’s milk. The baby feels so good afterwards that he sleeps immediately and again wakes up, only to find himself wanting more of that heavenly drink. Look around closely and you’ll say “yeah addiction is in everyone”. Addiction is there in everybody- young and old.
Now, having proved addiction exists in some form or another in every person, is it possible to conclude that addiction is not bad after all?? The point I am trying to make here is that addiction is not always good. Confused?? Let me explain.
For everything there is a limit, a boundary, and if that boundary is crossed, it becomes dangerous. For example, people who just cannot live without chocolates and carry chocolates with them in their handbags (women) or in their pockets (men), face the risk of becoming fat and eventually threatening to become potentially obese. I shall call these people chocoholics or more generally, foodaholics. Similarly people who work a lot put themselves in great danger of having a nervous breakdown or getting stressed out. I call them workaholics. So many young couples are getting divorced early in their married life because there is no work-life balance. Likewise, you can add the suffix ‘aholic’ to almost everything that is done without limits. But the bottom line is, getting addicted to good things always brings good to you and getting addicted to ‘other’ things will make you end up in the hospital paying bills unnecessarily. Probably this whole article explains why the ancient saints, seers, prophets and philosophers asked us to practice ‘detachment’. Completely detaching oneself from the pleasures of life is highly improbable. But, all that we have to understand clearly is to know when and where to draw the line.
Remember, nobody can bring about a change in you unless you wish it yourself and willfully act for yourself. Change should come from within. I can only write and make people realize what they are doing. But it is wholly in their hands to try and turn into a new leaf. Change comes about slowly with constant determination. We are humans and not mechanical switches to turn ourselves on and off as and when we like. We are old enough to realize what is right and what is wrong and also take the correct decisions. Motivation is something that can inspire, and is always available in plenty, but to make decisions is in your own hands. Life can be fun if we all take the right decisions at the right time. Ahh... Life is so beautiful.

Origin of AIDS!
Hi crapaholics!
Well, what you gonna read now is not crap but something to thing about. Seriously interesting.
I was surfing the net the other day and I stumbled on some information..
What do you know about AIDS??
We all have been thinking that humans acquired AIDS induced by the HIV virus from chimps, right? I have to tell you that what I read the other day made me think.. and it almost convinced me to think that AIDS is a MAN-MADE disease! You think it is crap?? Wait till you read the next few lines...
A certain program called the Special Cancer Virus Program (SCVP) was carried out in the US, in early 1970s by some bio-engineers and it is them who had purposefully engineered and created a deadly virus- a mixture of viruses to be exact- to develop what we now know as HIV.
How did they start infecting humans??
They developed the virus and in the late 1970s they came out with vaccine to cure Hepattitis B. They asked the 'hated American minority community'-gays- to volunteer for this vaccination program and guess what? The first incidence of AIDS was reported among one of the gays in the year 1979 in Manhattan, US. It ain't a coincidence.
What does this tell us?
1. AIDS was first found in the Americans, contrary to the belief that AIDS originated in Africa.
2. AIDS could well be a disease(man made) to control population! In other words, the depopulation program.
Alarming!! Get more by searching/googling "Man made AIDS" or "AIDS genocide".

NORTH INDIA: JAMMU & KASHMIR
Jammu & Kashmir is the paradise on Earth, especially Kashmir. J&K is India's northernmost state. It shares the border with Pakistan and China's Tibetian plateau. The state is divided into 3 distinct places of attraction, namely Ladakh, Jammu, and the sloping, converging and truly mesmerising valleys of Kashmir. These three places offer the tourists a real feast to their senses with their wonderful lush green landscapes.
Kashmir with it's breathtaking views-forests,lakes and agricultural fields- will entice the tourists and compel them to stay and witness the architectural genius of God.
And there is Jammu with it's beautiful mountains and plains, has the magnificent looking shrine of Vaishno Devi. Hindus often go on a holy pilgrimage to this shrine. An estimate 3 million Indians visit the shrine during a year. It is advisable to visit the shrine between August and Novemeber when the crowd will be relatively less..
Then, there is Ladakh, which has many Buddhist monasteries can offer peace and tranquility to the tourists.
In today's metropolitan cities of the world, which is often plagued by pollution and other disturbances, the northernmost state of India can offer them with wonderful creations of God, and can leave them feeling totally at peace and completely rejuevinated! North India truly is a much sought after destination. J&K's beauty is still lovely and will ever be lovely, even if continous battle should take place between militants and the army.
Note: Some places in the state will require travel permits in order to visit them and explore :-)
Places Of Attraction:
1)Jammu 2)Kargil 3)Leh 4)Mulbekh 5)Srinagar 6)Gulmarg 7)Pahalgam 8) Southeast Ladakh 9)Rangdum 10)Suru Valley 11)Zarskar 12)Alchie Monastery 13)Shey 14)Hemis Monastery 15)Nubra Valley tour.
Come tomorrow and I shall give you the address of all the best hotels with other information on the above mentioned Places Of Attraction.
Have a CrapY daY!!

SOCIAL ISSUE: TOBACCO AND DRUG ABUSE
Hello CRAPAHOLICS! Read this and voice yours views.
Sniffing coke, inhaling opium, puffing rings of nicotine mixed tobacco.......
People, especially the young in the age bracket 15-25 who have taken to drugs and tobacco are
potential addicts! CRAPAHOLICS, I'm reminded of an sms sent to me by my friend. It read like
this..
Mr.A: Did you know that tobacco and drugs in any form could kill you slowly??
Mr.B: I know that pretty well. Bah.. Who wants to die soon!?!
I think the young people's mind is inspired(?) by that kinda attitude. Tell you what, that is the
attitude of a LoSeR! For it is losers who seek petty pleasures and go in for drugs. Here is something interesting, if I were given a chance to choose between dying slowly after acquiring all the possible diseases(thanks to smoking and drugs) or to die immediately(a clean death), I would go for the latter. Those who puff rings of smoke in the air are literally puffing their life away and also endangering the life of others who are near them. Did you know that passive smoking is more injurious to health?? KNOW IT!!
Smoking and drugs, in the small run might yield temporary pleasure, but when you realize that the substance is an addictive and got addicted, you are going to encounter some trouble in the long run. For there will come a stage when you'll crave for it and understand the sad reality that you have become a slave to the drugs. Don't get yourself wrapped in such a situation. Know that everything is a mind game, the tougher the mind, the better are your chances of a quick and stronger recovery. Like Eminem sings in his 'Lose Yourself' song "You can do anything you set your mind to, man". The next time somebody asks you to smoke, have the courage to refuse. Don't give in to the temptation. Some people think smoking is a sign of portraying oneself masculine and macho, but, I am saying that smoking is a sign of weakness. Not to take up smoking or the successful recovery from being a smoker is true masculinity! The best solution to quit smoking is to wear a T-shirt with words that advertise against smoking, and also being conscious of the fact that you are an anti-tobacco campaigner.
From now onwards I'm going to label smokers as Tissue Paper Lungs!Tissue Paper Lungs are potential soon-to-be corpses. I'm sorry, but sometimes statements can only be drilled into the mind with some rudeness. If I were to visit the funeral of a chain smoker who had died of lung cancer, I wouldn't be garlanding his cadaver, I'd rather stare at his Tissue Paper Lungs and say "that is one sorry corpse!" Lets face it, apart from the terrible grief and sorrow, people will eventually cite the reason for your death as smoking. Though I am being very rude and sarcastic, my motive behind writing this article is purely driven by concern for the fellow being.
Now I shall highlight what tobacco and drugs really are:
Drugs are Dangerous
Drugs are Damned stuff
Drugs are Disastrous etc. In general, they are harmful to you and your society.
Please.... Please stop using drugs in any form. SAY NO TO NARCOTICS! Remember, so many
PARASITES (Tobacco and other narcotics manufacturers) are thriving on human flesh. Stop
them. Eradicate them. Flush them out of your system.

CRICKET: GANGULY- A CAPTAIN UNPARALLED FOR INDIA!
For all those who thought Ganguly was crap, this one is for you.
Ganguly, the beleaguered Indian captain took charge of Team India when Indian cricket was
down in the ditch- thanks to the match fixing scandal. Let us not not forget what Ganguly's men achieved during his tenure as the captain of India.. It
was him who gave encouragement to the then almost faceless Indian cricket, soon after the
match fixing drama.
He motivated Team India with excellent leadership skills and went on to nearly clinching the
World Cup trophy- India lost to the Aussies in the World Cup final (2003).
Ganguly has ahieved what no other Indian captain had done before- winning the Test and the
One-Day Series against Pakistan, in Pakistan!! Ganguly's captaincy record in tests is unmatched
by any other Indian captain. A record 21 test victories!! He is thus far the most successful Indian
captain, without doubt. Anyone who denies it, is CRAP! Indian cricket with all its politics in
selecting the best players, gave Ganguly a kick in the A**, last year. Ganguly was shown the exit door the rude way. That is what I call CRAP.
For all you CRAPAHOLICS reading this, I have a question:Who is the real CRAP??
A) Ganguly B) The Indian Selection Committee C) Greg Chappell (remember the spat btw G and
GC?)
Have a CRAPy Day!!NN.

CRICKET CRAP!
Dravid's 100th Test- A terrible nightmare!
I really feel sympathetic to the Indian captain :-( What a way to celebrate his 100th test! A humiliating loss to England. What the hell went wrong?? The answer is sooo easy.. the decision to bowl first, on a batsmen's paradise pitch was what did us in.
Let us do some investigation :-) phss.. [i like postmortems!]
Now that India lost to an almost dead England team,we sure must see what went wrong?
The decision to put England in was like digging our own graves! Now, who the hell could have made that disastrous, nonsensical, CRAP kinda decision to put England in to bat first? Only two names come to my mind... A)Dravid B)Greg Chappell
Surely, a person like Dravid who was playing his 100th test and who has a better idea about Indian pitches couldn't have made a blunder like that, or so he seems like one who cannot make one!
Was it Greg Chappell? A person who has been hogging the limelight for the bad reasons and who has been romoured to be the real 'Indian Captain'.. Had he done it?? Tough question huh? Well I'd bet 10rs sayin that he must have asked Dravid to put England into bat first. Too bad... Dravid would have been pulling his hair out after the end of the test. God knows if he'd been cursing CRAP on GC :-) Now tell me everyone, is that cricket or cricket crap?!
